If you don’t have access to the New York Times, you can read all the chapters of Clowe’s Mr. Wonderful, here. It is so worth it, the stuff is brilliant.

Hm, haven’t read any of his stuff before. Will have to check it out at some point. I do miss reading comics on dead trees every now and then.

Paul: Clowes is brilliant Paul. He’s not really doing web comics, or journal comics, so it’s pretty different from the kind of stuff we’re doing, but he’s a total inspiration. The art is wonderful and the scripting and pacing is just amazing. He’s a genius…oh yeah, I already said that.
Adam: Thanks. It’s not mine.

knock it off kelly.. to be him you’d have to have a penis and who wants that? not like i don’t like penises – they’re great, but but who needs just one when the world is a candy store of good penis? this sounds all bad, but quit comparing yourself to anyone. he is not YOU and i would much rather see your work than his. nuff said.

Well thanks Keegan. Suffice to say you’re quite biased, which I’m grateful for. But his stuff is really great…you should check it out anyway…and I didn’t really cry myself to sleep…that was just for “dramatic effect”
